This document is an official declaration that King Kwagar will abdicate the throne, and give up all claim to the Kingdom of Denmark-Norway, including its overseas territories. The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway, including its overseas territories will formally be considered to be an UNCLAIMED nation. As a result of the treaty, the territory of the former Kingdom of Denmark-Norway including its overseas territories will be declared UNCLAIMED. The Kingdom of Great Britain will be charged as custodians in finding a worthy and suitable successor to the throne of the Kingdom of Denmark-Norway, if one should ever appear in the future, until then, The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway including its overseas territories will NOT be allowed to be ceded, annexed, or claimed by any current nation, including the custodian, Great Britain under any circumstances. All plausible future claimants must gain the custodians's approval, and or follow the terms of the Vienna Accords.
The main participants in the treaty were Emperor Kwagar I, the King of Denmark-Norway; and Lord Newcastle, Prime Minister of Great Britain
